Crazy Busy to Manic Madness

There are an increasing number of people in the world developing mental health illness, in varying degree.

Take the case of a survey done in 2004 which showed that one in six Singaporean adults will develop some form of mental illness, according to this article.

It seems the increasing number of people developing mental health conditions is not isolated to Singapore only. In fact, it’s a worldwide trend where people are experiencing similar symptoms.

Why are more people around the world developing such mental health conditions these days?

Two of the main contributor causes are due to stress and depression.

Let us look at how we can identify the signs leading to such mental health conditions and how we can try to minimise its damaging effects. It is a little more difficult to use number patterns to look into the probable causes. However, when I looked at the elemental aspects using my Elements of Numbers (EON) method, I found that I could identify some patterns.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the Heart and the Mind plays a pivotal role in mental activities. When Fire and Metal gets affected, the mental state of the person is directly affected. Sometimes, a strong Wood would increase the strength of Fire. The liver may also be affected.

When a person develops mental problems, their loved ones suffer too. Extra care and social support has to be provided to both the patient and the caregivers. Stress and Emotions are two conditions we can learn to control, and must take preventive action to ensure they are always in control.

Look at your own birth chart. If there are signs of strong Fire or Metal, then take care when a Personal Year with strong Metal or Fire (and Wood) comes in. Are these elements in close proximity?

You can also check on Mel Gibson (3 Jan 1956) and Jean-Claude Van Damme (18 Oct 1960). Try plotting their charts and try to find out why they’ve developed signs of manic depressions during the “Double Effects” year. It has a “double whammy” effects on them.
