Emotions and Our Skin
I was listening to an infomercial health programme on radio a few days ago where the presenter mentioned, “emotions can affect our skin.”
We know excessive traits like emotions, angers, and stress does affect our health. But how do emotions affect our skin? It is harder for me to explain them as if you are a medical student as I am not a medical doctor. But it is simpler to explain them through the use of Chinese Metaphysics and the Five Elements principles. However, as the Elements of Numbers (EON) method include these principles, it’s even easier for me to explain whether our emotions do affect our skin. Now, just relax and enjoy the reading as I share more insights in today’s topic.
For a start, let’s analyse sample birth charts of people with known skin problems and finds out, from the EON perspectives, the probable contributing factors that might have aggravated the skin problems. According to this TheSkiny online page, nine celebrities were quoted to have suffered from different form of skin problems. The skin problems include Psoriasis, Basal Cell Carcinoma, Eczema, Acne, Dermatosis Papulosa Nigra, Melasma, Discoid Lupus Erythematosus, Vitiligo, and Rosacea. Well, many of us are more familiar with Eczema and Acne.
In the Five Elements principles, strong Wood and Fire will affect Metal. In the EON principles, we could easily associate emotional traits to the Wood element, which in this case, correlated with the numbers 4 and 9. Similarly, we could associate temperamental and feeling stressed traits to the Fire element, which is correlated with the numbers 3 and 8. And when the Wood and/or Fire element is strong, the traits associated to Metal element would be affected. These traits include mental health, intellectual thinking, brain, respirator systems, breathlessness, pneumonia, sleep, worries, dental health, and skin.
Jade Jagger has Eczema according to this separate online article. Let’s look at her EON chart. She has the 4-9-4-4-8-3 pattern in locations MNOPQR of her birth chart. This denotes a person with high tendency of getting emotional and temperamental (occasionally with fiery outburst). There are also signs of interrelationship issues with others. Unless she could control her emotions and tempers, there are obvious signs of frequent mood swings that affected her EQ with others. The strong Wood element could have manifested the emotional vibes in her, and when Wood affect Metal, her emotions affected her skin, which is one contributing factor to her Eczema problem.
Nicole Kidman also has Eczema. Check her EON chart out. Sure enough, there are signs of Wood (4, 9) and Fire (9, 3) elements in locations MNOPQR of her birth chart. As the number 5 has a duality trait that could absorb the vibes of neighbouring number, this means the number 5 could manifest the numbers 4 or 8 vibes. As mentioned earlier, strong Fire could also affect Metal; this means traits and body organs associated to Fire (like tempers, angers, outburst, stress, heart, eyes, and blood vessels) could affect traits and body organs associated to Metal. Again, that is a contributing factor to her Eczema problems.
Katy Perry has acne problems. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), acne is a commonly seen skin condition mostly among adolescents, although some adults do encounter acne problems too. From an EON perspective, the Acne condition could have been manifested as a result of strong Fire – the stress, tempers, “heatiness”, and binge eating on hot, spicy, and oily food.
So, when the infomercial presenter mentioned, “emotions do affect our skin,” I agreed readily as I know emotions (Wood) do affect our skin (Metal). You don’t need to wait for medical studies to release scientific facts or research results to ‘prove’ specific health conditions are a result of certain actions, behaviours, or eating habits.
Oftentimes, once you understand the Elements of Numbers (EON) principles, the interactions of the elements and numbers, you can easily apply the knowledge to correlate certain health conditions quickly. You can then build your profiling knowledge. Of course, the better approach is to attend my FEN (Five Elements Numerology) class to learn the insights, visual techniques, and solutions to a person’s health, behaviours, and events. However, as I’d to put on hold my classes for the next few months (once again, I apologise for any inconvenience and undue stress caused), all I can recommend is for you to do more practices on your own if you have a copy of the FEON+ software installed on your Android smartphone. And if you don’t have the FEON+ software, just use a pen or pencil to plot the charts and analyse them. Continue to do more case studies.
For now, don’t let your emotions and stress affect your skin and dental health. Stay calm, relax, laugh out more, and maintain good health.
