Just some updates…
I haven’t published an article in a while. I am glad that there have been many new visitors to my site, and I hope you will learn as much as you can, by reading my over 1000 articles posted so far.
We have seen frequent disruptions this year, largely due to the COVID-19 situation and, for others, stock market volatility. If you have read my 1st article of the year 2021, you have noticed the essence and impact of this volatility and vulnerabilities are present in the annual signs.
I’ve been actively maximising my time to upskill on a professional level, given the fact that both my SMART GENES (Street-Smart and Book-Smart) are strong and present for the last two years. I’ve obtained professional internationally-recognised certifications that would not be possible if I don’t make a mindset change to refocus on my self-growth, even at my age. And my smart genes vibes are stronger than ever in 2022. It gives me more opportunities to focus on enhancing my transformative intelligence and other soft skills. I could then adapt them as viable mindset techniques for future FEN lessons, whether online or in-person.
Of course, many external trainers have actively promoted their online courses, whereas I am not. That’s OK because what they are teaching are focusing on the knowledge, which incidentally, you can also learn from my EON book “Elements of Numbers: Fast and Easy Character Profiling.” Click here for the link to purchase a copy if you haven’t already done so. With regret, I disappointed many of you who asked when my next classroom schedule would be held. Because I’m not commercial-driven, safety and health are very important to me. I had paused the “Agility in Profiling” webinars for other on-going projects, and also for my continuous learning activities.
Learning to profile a person is different from interpreting and understanding a birth chart. Sadly, a lot of people think it’s similar. So there is a group of people, and even professional trainers, who claim to understand a person’s personality just by checking their birth chart. You and I know that our behaviour, attitudes and reactions to a day-to-day situation change. And our personalities too. This reinforced what I’ve said many times, “The Birth Chart Is NOT The Personality.”
Learning to profile a chart, is not just to interpret the tendency signs, number patterns, and associated symptoms (health, behaviours, responses). There’s more to this. You need to practise and be open minded, to allow your conscious thoughts to understand there’s a solution to every problem, and that the solution is not a “one-size-fits-all” to resolve someone’s else problems.
Ultimately, the practice of soft skills is important from a personal and professional perspective. The problems you face today can be solved through a mindset change, to understand why it happened, what you did well and how you can improve it further. And the key to making it work is your ACTION and your commitments, plus your resiliency to carry it through. Learning to establish SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals is important to achieving your vision. Set bite-size goals that are relevant, feasible and practical. Most importantly, before profiling others, focus on improving areas that can improve your self-management, self-awareness and social relationships.
