The Myth of Fixed Personalities: Debunking Number Patterns and Embracing Growth
Do you think our personalities change?
I had an interesting discussion with some friends over dinner about metaphysics and behavioural analysis. When the topic of personality traits came up, one of them argued that our personalities do not change.
That reminds me of some numerology trainers who assume our personalities don’t change from birth, and that our Birth Chart will always exhibit all traits throughout our lifetime until we pass away.
THE SEARCH FOR LIFE CURES…
Our Birth Chart, which is based on our date of birth, remains constant. But introducing an inconclusive and often detrimental solution, like the LifeCode concept, is totally unfounded and illogical.
Think about it this way: The date and time of your birth may be the same as John’s. But does that mean John will also behave, react to situations, and emotionally feel about things the same way you do?
What if John was not born in the same country as you and faced different economic, political, educational, social, and family upbringings? Does that still imply John will be as rich and wealthy as you if you have the 1-2-3 number pattern in your chart?
John’s experience and exposure to life are entirely different; his personality changes according to the situations—setbacks or positive outcomes—that are entirely different from yours.
In such cases, how can John’s personality be the same as yours? And how can the LifeCode pattern be conclusive and definite when it’s so inconclusive and unfounded? Worse, when the LifeCode patterns are manifested, they could be detrimental to you, especially your health and relationships.
Now that you understand LifeCode is more of a commercialised product than a cure for life, be cautious and don’t be gullible to the temptations and the perceived notion that it will be your lifelong solution to life’s problems and issues.
OUR PERSONALITIES DO CHANGE…
I told my friends that our personalities change over time, and the level of change, whether subtle or obvious, depends on the individual.
Personality changes can occur after setbacks, trauma, health conditions, mental states, environmental factors, or situations that subconsciously or consciously alter an individual’s behaviour.
Our personalities can change due to happier and positive outcomes. Journeys of self-discovery, education, or spirituality can influence us and create noticeable changes in our personality traits.
I always emphasise that “The Birth Chart is Not the Personality,” a statement supported by numerous findings in psychological research. My observations are evidence-based and rely on common-sense reasoning, not just a single point of view held by others.
AND BECAUSE OUR PERSONALITY CHANGE…
Our birth date may suggest certain traits, but external influences can shape and alter our personalities over time. As a result, our behaviours, habits, and outlook change as well. Eventually, this becomes our new personality to others, and we begin to see things differently from how we did before.
Besides the Personal Year chart, the Annual Code also provides subtle signs of what could be present during that year, just like an annual global forecast. With the right interpretation, it allows you to understand when to maximise your strengths and when to optimise your weaknesses, creating and manifesting harmonious energy around you.
Due to the complexity of human behaviour, we need to acknowledge that personality can be largely stable and unchanged for some people from one perspective. This could also be due to the signs present in the 9-Year Cycle (9-YrC) chart.
That is why some, if not many, of you might have noticed that you have experienced a “comfort zone” for a few years but suddenly felt everything is now chaotic and challenging. From the Elements of Numbers (EON) perspective, it’s due to the transitional energies between your 9-year life cycles, such as the 4-7-2 in the 9YrC chart for last year changing to 3-8-2 in this year’s 9-YrC chart.
Yes, our core traits present in our birth chart do not change, and neither does our initial default natal personality. However, our habits and perceptions shape who we are and can alter our personalities.
That is why you might observe that the results of your psychometric analysis test based on MCQs, if you have taken it a few times before, are seldom permanent. This is because how you perceive life today may not be the same as how you perceived it this time last year.
FORGET STEREOTYPE TRAITS…
Someone recently asked me whether I have explained “jinx number” in my EON book. Then, I noticed many search terms on this website also included these stereotype traits, like karmic number, divorce number, bankruptcy number, asset-rich number, mistress numbers, and other stereotype numbers.
These are just human-made to create a fear-tactic effect, so you can quickly reach out to the particular trainer to seek guidance and solutions, often at a high cost.
Don’t be misled by these fear-based marketing tactics adopted for commercial interests.
Let’s be logical and rational.
For example, surveys on eating certain foods or fruits show that people with specific health conditions or ages are likely to be affected. These reports are based on sampled data collected and do not represent the entire truth for everyone. Moreover, most survey results include words like “likely,” “highly,” or “possible,” which means they’re still inconclusive.
When a trainer uses words like “confirmed, chopped, signed,” or something similar, to suggest that someone will definitely be successful because of their metrics, they are thinking like a charlatan salesperson. They enforce a one-sided perspective, insisting on it as the whole truth, much like some lawyers do, perhaps, just to win the case.
NOW, YOU STILL WANT A FREE REMEDY?
As we explore different aspects of human behaviour, let me emphasise once again that the best and most effective solution, which is free, is to undergo a transformative mindset shift.
Increasing our emotional intelligence, which includes self-awareness and emotion management, as well as improving our relationships with others, can help us enhance our outlook and personality.
HOW ABOUT MAKING A PARADIGM SHIFT…
Your purpose in learning metaphysics and numerology is to better understand yourself and others. You pay for lessons to learn how to manage your life. However, many become more obsessive, allowing unfounded theories to control their minds and, sadly, their finances. In the end, you still seek the best remedy and want instant results.
As I mentioned earlier, the best remedy is a mindset change. With transformative change, your behaviours, thinking, actions, and habits will positively evolve over time through sustainable actions.
Yes, it’s hard to convince someone to change, and taking action to turn it into a habit for personal growth and development requires a lot of effort.
You decide what you need to change, can change, or must change. Change is a choice and should be done willingly, not forced.
