Barge crashes into oil well in Gulf of Mexico

The US Coast Guard dispatched emergency teams on 27 July 2010 after a boat crashed into an oil well off the coast of New Orleans, reportedly sending crude spewing some 20 feet into the air, according to a recent article.

News of accidents resulting in oil leaks and spills, coal mine disasters, floods, train, plane and ship accidents are increasing this year. Why is this so?

Could all this incidents be coincidental? Could it be due to the global warming effect? Or could this be an early warning sign of an impending end of the world, the Mayan prophecies that something drastic would occur on 21 December 2012?

The BP oil spills at the Gulf of Mexico, and the oil spill accidents off the coast of Singapore, China, and the New Orleans may be more than a pure coincidence.  What about the coal mine disasters in Columbia, China and some other countries?  Are they coincidence too?

From metaphysics view, everything is in synchronicity. It’s the presence of the various elements and its influences that create a ‘cause and effect’ symptom. Everything is in a YIN and YANG motion. Everything we did would resulted in something. It can be good, and it can be bad.

There may be a possibility of similar accidents happening in the next few months, if the people working in these industries do not take safety with utmost importance.

Regular preventive maintenance and checks can ensure faulty parts are replaced quickly. In addition, lengthy processes can be streamlined and changed. When we do our part to ensure a safer and better workplace, then we are prepared to handle such incidents tactfully, should it ever happen.
