Stress and Anxiety for Joe
Vicky sent me an email with the birth date of Joe, and wants to know more about his character using the Elements of Numbers (EON) method.
I have described the sequence to profile a person’s characters and traits in my book “Elements of Numbers: Fast and Easy Character Profiling”. Get a copy if you have not already done so. Check out the topic “Interpreting the Birth Chart – I” on Page 63 for the steps to profile a person.
In this article, I will focus more on the key characteristics of Joe.
From his Birth chart, Joe is a hyperactive, temperamental and stressful person (number 8).
Fire is too strong, and these may affect his health conditions. He needs to practice anger and stress management. If he is already a heavy smoker or drinker, he should cut down on them to improve his health.
Joe may have difficulties communicating with others or getting his message across to others.
Though Joe is “street-smart” and has high ideals, he lacks the persistent drive (willpower and determination) and action to complete his plans often.
He needs to learn to relax, calm his thoughts and frustrations, and balance his emotions. Otherwise, these may lead to mental depression, anxiety, panic attacks, bipolar disorder and in extreme cases, violence.
There may be signs of relationship problems. Most likely, it could be due to financial reasons. There are also signs of movement in his job or career.
Joe has to take care of his health. He may develop skin or mental-related problems, besides the potential health symptoms that may arise from strong Fire energies. He should learn to organise and plan before taking actions. His rash actions (usually without careful planning) may agitate and hurt others.
Joe should try to practice mind-relaxing exercises like Qi Gong or Tai Chi, and meditation to control his emotional stress and temperaments. Taking balanced and healthy diet is important to reduce potential heart and immune-related problems. He may or may not develop some of the health conditions currently.
If he can take charge to improve his health and “thrash” his bad habits, Joe would be able to become a more positive and healthy person in his later years.
